Coconut products feature heavily in ketogenic recipes, low in sugar and carbs its a great ingredient. Coconut oil is harder to find than regular coconut milk and cream. Generally you get this at an Asian grocery store.
There are many sugar replacement products on the market. I like Stevia because its plant based. It tastes bad in coffee and tea (so I’m told by a number of people) but I use it in cooking and baking.
Psyllium husk is high in fibre and great to add to any baking you do for a boost in fibre that’s low in carbs. You’ll find this in the health food section of your supermarket.
