Where is summer?

Yesterday’s ‘Aussie BBQ’ birthday party was a huge success. I had a really good day and I think everyone else did too. Plenty of food and the new BBQ handled 20 snags easily! I forgot how good potato salad was done the aussie way mmm………… aussie flags were hung all about the place and I had JJJ ‘Home & Hosed’ streaming over the laptop.

Today is again overcast and drizzly, its supposed to be summer but I am not convinced!

Mum’s departure is looming, 2 weeks to go now *sniff sniff* the past 6 weeks have already flown by. I can’t believe its only 6 weeks until I am off to Spain! Time does move fast when you’re having fun!

Good day

It’s been a really nice day today on this my 29th anniversay of being in this body on planet earth. Wandered into town and got a great b.b.q for taking camping, its a lil ripper. Also got some other bits and peices for my party this Saturday. Am looking forward to my ‘traditional aussie b.b.q’ with a few friends and family. I just hope the weather holds up and its a nice day!
